If you order an item for your dog from us that does not fit correctly such as a vest or collar, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to process an exchange. We are happy to send out the correct size to you and just ask that you return the incorrect sized vest by mail to our office. We may charge a fee to process exchanges after 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with the products in your order and we cannot resolve your issue, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your items and a full refund will be issued upon receiving the returned merchandise. We cannot process a refund until all items in your order have been shipped back to our office.
We do accept partial refunds and ask that you call or email our support staff to return a portion of your order.
