USA Service Dogs Return / Refund / Exchange Policy

We strive to deliver a 5 star experience to each and every one of our customers. Our support staff is available by phone from 9am - 8pm Eastern Time Monday - Friday and from 12pm - 3pm Eastern Time on Saturday and Sunday to attempt to resolve any issues you may have. If you order an item for your dog from us that does not fit correctly such as a vest or collar, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to process an exchange. We are happy to send out the correct size to you and just ask that you return the incorrect sized item by mail to our office. A shipping fee of $5.00 will be charged if you did not measure correctly and need to return your item. We may charge a restocking fee to process exchanges after 14 days. When returning a vest, please make sure to return the vest patches as well or you may incur an additional charge. If you received a different sized vest than the one you ordered, we will process the exchange for you free of charge and provide a credit for you to ship the incorrect size back to us.

If you are not satisfied with the products in your order and we cannot resolve your issue, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your items and a full refund will be issued upon receiving the returned merchandise. We cannot process a refund until all items in your order have been shipped back to our office.

We do accept partial refunds and ask that you call or email our support staff to return a portion of your order.
